ProdGenium Launch!

Embracing Change, Clarity, and AI

This summer has been exciting — I’ve packaged and branded my intellectual property, built a consulting business, launched a new website, and still carved out time with my family as my kids blaze through their final years of high school.

As seasons change at home, they also change in technology and business. Over the past several months, I’ve piloted thousands of AI scenarios across workflows, roles, and business functions. What I’ve seen is fascinating, sometimes scary, and incredibly promising. The next several years are going to be a wild ride unlike anything we’ve seen before.

Here are a few reflections on thriving in the age of AI:

  1. Since 2020, Uncertainty and rapid change are the new normal. The pace is accelerating.

  2. Alignment is everything. Success depends on relentless clarity around what matters most.

  3. AI amplifies knowledge. It fills in blanks, sometimes with guesses, and hands you superpowers — leveling the playing field today, but potentially tilting it tomorrow.

  4. AI hallucinates if you don’t know the ground truth. Leaders must apply judgment.

  5. Leadership must stay human-centered. AI should accelerate decision loops — not replace us.

  6. Solving without signal scales chaos. Feature factories and innovation theatre drain value.

  7. Architecture, governance, and discipline need a comeback. Without them, AI doesn’t scale. Scaffolding, like structural templates, documents, and data, increase accuracy and speed.

  8. Rhythm beats process. Teams must infuse signal and sense into agile rhythms to stay in sync with customers, markets, and technology.

I’m fully invested in what has fueled my career: embracing change, building clarity, and helping people grow. Modernizing good practices, retiring what no longer serves us, and supercharging strategy realization, business outcomes, and creativity in the age of AI. Let’s make it happen with ProdGenium™ and LeanPx™.

“Where Signal becomes Clarity, and Innovation becomes a Rhythm.”

I hope you’ll join me on this journey. Together, we can #ProsperByDesign.

Be well!

-Marc
